Free Hosting for Nonprofits and Clubs

• No advertising on your pagesA free plan that injects ads puts a stranger's banner under your club's name. This one adds nothing to your pages.
• A mailbox on your own domaininfo@your-club.org rather than a webmail address. One mailbox is included; connect the domain and point its mail records here.
• Data in Germany, under EU lawMember data, contact form entries and mail sit on a server in Germany operated by a German-registered company. A data-processing agreement is available in the account.
• No card, no treasurer's approvalNothing to charge means nothing to book. When the club decides to move up, Pro Hosting is €2.80 a month, final price.
• WordPress or plain pagesOne-click WordPress from the panel for a site the committee can edit, or a hand-made HTML site uploaded by whoever built it.
• Legal pages are easyA German association needs an Impressum and a privacy notice on the site; both are ordinary pages, and the /de/ section explains the requirements in German.

1. The account is held by a person — the chair, the treasurer, the member who runs the site — with a confirmed email, a telephone number and their own postal address. One free plan per person and household.
2. Activation is by a person. Every free account is switched on by a person, not a script. You get an email when it is live.
3. A site whose owner has not signed in for six months gets an email, and is removed 30 days after it if nobody signs in. A club site that is only updated twice a year is fine — someone should log in now and then.

The free plan is not offered in every country. If yours is not covered, the order flow says so before you finish — the paid plans may still be available.

• The photo gallery from every event passes 300 MB — or resize the photos and stay.
• You need a second mailbox (chair and treasurer) or a second site (the youth section).
• Membership sign-ups or event bookings run through the site and it must not go down — that is what backups and a service level are for.

Pro Hosting is €2.80 a month: 2 GB, 100 GB of traffic, two sites, more mailboxes, daily backups. The move happens inside the same account and the address does not change.
